- 2 heaping tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon flax oil
- 1 handful spinach
- Top with bee pollen and goji berries
