– 5 Medjool dates – soaked for at least an hour to soften and pitted
– 2 tbsp of cacao powder
– 1 tbsp cinnamon
– 1 cup cashews (you can use walnuts or almonds too)
– 1 tsp of chia seeds
– 2 tbsp coconut oil
Blend all ingredients, except coconut oil, together. Once fully blended, mix in coconut oil with a spoon or hands. The coconut oil helps to form into balls. You may add more if needed. Put the chocolate ball in the fridge to harden for at least 30 minutes then enjoy!
